Länsi-Suomen Verkkopalvelut joins Lohkare Infra Group
Länsi-Suomen Verkkopalvelut Oy will join the Lohkare Infra Group. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected to be completed later in spring 2026.
Länsi-Suomen Verkkopalvelut is a company specializing in infrastructure and network construction, operating across Finland. Following the transaction, the company will continue to operate independently under its own name and with its current organization. The current owners will also remain actively involved in the business in their existing roles.

Kauhajoki-based Länsi-Suomen Verkkopalvelut Oy has a turnover of approximately EUR 10 million (2025) and employs 46 people.

Joining Lohkare strengthens Länsi-Suomen Verkkopalvelut’s growth potential. As part of the group, the company will gain access to broader resources and closer collaboration with other group companies. This supports the execution of larger and more demanding projects while ensuring high delivery reliability in a growing infrastructure market.
