Jussi Niemelä Appointed CEO of Lohkare Infra Oy
Jussi Niemelä has been appointed CEO of the Lohkare Infra Group. He will assume his duties on Monday, 18 August 2025. Niemelä is widely recognized as an experienced builder of corporate growth and has previously served as CEO of Delete Group, Kotikatu Group, DEN Group and Oiva Isännöinti Group.

The Lohkare Infra Group includes VM Suomalainen Oy, Lännen Alituspalvelu Oy and Oteran Oy (the acquisition of Oteran Oy is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected to be completed during 2025). The Group’s total revenue is nearly EUR 200 million and operating profit approximately EUR 25 million.
