Janika Vilkman has been appointed as Head of M&A, Legal Affairs and Sustainability of Lohkare Infra Group

Janika Vilkman has been appointed as Head of M&A, Legal Affairs and Sustainability of Lohkare Infra Group as of 1 January 2026. Her responsibilities include leading the Group’s M&A and sustainability strategy as well as supporting the operations. Janika’s strong experience in executing growth and acquisition strategies in the industrial and construction sectors will be an important addition in ensuring Lohkare Infra Group’s strategy-driven growth.
