Infra Kiri Oy joins Lohkare Infra Group

Infra Kiri Oy is joining the Lohkare Infra Group. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected to be completed later in spring 2026. The arrangement strengthens Lohkare Infra’s position in infrastructure construction, particularly in pipeline and utility network construction as well as electrical and lighting contracting.

Infra Kiri is a main contractor in infrastructure construction, operating primarily in the Pirkanmaa region. The company specializes in pipeline and utility network construction as well as electrical and lighting contracting, including maintenance and servicing. Following the transaction, Infra Kiri will continue to operate independently under its own name and with its current organization, and the owners will remain actively involved in the business in their existing roles.

“Joining Lohkare creates clearly better conditions for developing Infra Kiri’s business as our ‘playing field’ expands, enabling further growth. At the same time, it allows us to offer an even more attractive working environment for both current and future employees in urban and lighting infrastructure,” says Timo Kiri, CEO of Infra Kiri Oy.

Infra Kiri Oy has a turnover of approximately EUR 13 million and employs around 45 people (2025).

Lohkare Infra supports growth in the infrastructure market

Joining the Lohkare Infra Group strengthens Infra Kiri’s growth potential and development opportunities. As part of the group, the company gains access to broader resources and closer collaboration with other group companies. This enables the execution of larger infrastructure projects and ensures high delivery reliability in a growing infrastructure construction market.

“For our customers, this means an even more reliable and broader service offering from a single partner,” Timo Kiri adds.

Infra Kiri strengthens the group’s expertise particularly in pipeline and utility network construction as well as electrical and lighting contracting.

Lohkare Infra is a rapidly growing infrastructure group in Finland. Its operating model is based on decentralized and entrepreneurial leadership, where group companies retain their own identity and ways of working while benefiting from shared resources, expertise, and continuous development.

“Infra Kiri brings strong expertise in pipeline and utility network construction as well as electrical and lighting contracting, including maintenance and servicing. The company’s addition supports our goal of building a nationally significant infrastructure group based on specialized expertise,” says Jussi Niemelä, CEO of Lohkare Infra.
